The Lottery and The Hunger Games are every different in all prospective, because in the lottery there is a man that is head of the box that puts the names in the box and if the name is pull you will get stoned to death. In the Hunger Games, the Hunger Games consist of 12 Disticts and in each of the 12 Disticts there is an task that every person is obeyed to do. And if you are seclected out of the boys and girls in the Hunger Games the cannon fired.
i think the hunger games is more cruel because evveryone choose to be in the hunger games and even they love one choose to go to the hunger game buut i feel noone should go i8n the hunger game if they just gonna get killed in the end evn if they lose
the lottery and the hunger game are similar because they both have drawings and someone has to die. but the difference is that in the lottery the winner is the one who dies but in the hunger game the winner is rewarded.
In my opinion I would say both the "Hunger games" and the "Lottery" is cruel both has something to do with killing someone for no reason what so ever.But both stories have many differences and similarites even though you have a choice in the hunger games but in the lottery you don't.
In my opinion, "The Lottery" is more cruel than "The Hunger Games". In "The Hunger Games", you actually have a chance to survive, and fight for yourself. In "The Lottery", you have no chance for survival, you're killed right then and there. Both are pretty terrible, but, in the end "The Lottery" is worse.
I know that both of them are hard gmaes to play along with but I believe that the Lottery is the hardest of both. Having your own children have to kill you and there is no chance of survival of it, very devastating.

In the Hunger Games, some kids actually live for the chance to enter while others are forced to kill just to support their families. At least all the 24 tributes have a chance to survive by gaining sponsors.
I believe that The Hunger Games is more cruel. They send kids to fight to the death. They're teenagers and they kill them off like theyre animals. 23 kids die in the hunger games only one adult dies in the lottery.
I believe the the lottery is more cruel because they are killing people basically because that's how it has always been for them. They don't have a specific reason why they are killing them, also they are using a lottery system to pick someones death without even giving them a fair chance to dispute or defend themselves
